Cultural Arts Plan (CAP)

The Fresno Arts Council (FAC) board members (cultural arts plan committee) is currently working on updating the cultural plan that was set in place 7 years ago. We expect to have a summary of the CAP available to the public around March 2010, which will then be opened for feedback and collaboration with partners for improvement.
