PRAYERS has spent the past decade building an incredible following, and we describe the sound as a mix of ’80s goth and modern darkwave with the attitude of underground punk and hip-hop, all tied together with dark, cinematic visuals.
Leafar (Rafael) also has a new single, “No Tengo Calma,” and upcoming EP, ORACIONES, marking PRAYERS’ first fully Spanish-language chapter. He describes the new music as a “love letter from Mexico to the world.”
Travis Barker produced and appeared on PRAYERS’ Young Gods, and other connections include Kat Von D, Christian Death and touring with The Cult. PRAYERS has also been featured by VICE, Billboard, Kerrang!, Revolver, and Knotfest.
